This style was lifted from my sweet friend, Marylou! It isn't as pretty as hers but I still like it. Special thanks to Jess for the snowflake charm. I used DCWV Solid Glitter for the card. I drew the envelope from white cardstock. I sprayed the doily with Tim Holtz Distress Mica Spray.
