Clear Scraps Square Wood Frame and Magical Add ons.

I decoupaged paper onto the wood frame.
I Used inexpensive white acrylic paint and sponged it onto the frame base.
Then when the paint was dry, I stenciled flowers onto the magical add ons.
Added flowers for embellishments and a beautiful lady fussy cut element to demonstrate the frame.
