Going Back Further in Time - Mom's History - Page 2 of 2

These layouts were made in late 2002 early 2003. This is "My Mothers History". This is page 2 of 2 of the 12x12 page layout spread you will see on the next page in my gallery. I made the two pages blend with yellows and browns. Title reads "Going Back Further in Time". There is a lot of journaling here, but only one photo. History is back in the 1800's, so photos are hard to come by.
This is mainly a biography page and reads: Top - The DeAtley family follows a long road back as I have a lot of history on this side of the family, but no pictures beyond Charlie and Maw. (NOTE: On Maw's side of the family).
Mary Eliza DeAtley's parents were William Washington DeAtley II and Lucy DeAtley. William Washington II was born on April 16, 1824 and passed May 4, 1884. Ruth was born June 15, 1834 and passed June 15, 1909. They were second cousings and married in June of 1859. There is a little bit more history on this couple if you look at the scrpbook page titledthe story of the Broach. (NOTE: I think I made an error in the name here so I will have to go back and look thru my Family History Pages).
William Washington DeAtley's parents were Austin Briscoe DeAtle born February 12, 1802 and passed April 13, 1879 and Sally Pellitt no birth or death dates, but I get the impression that she might have died from TB.
Lucy DeAtley's parents were Harry and Rebecca (Hobbs) DeAtley. I have no birthdate on Harry but he based in 1859. Rebecca (Hobbs) DeAtley was born in 1785 and passed in 1889. She lived to be 104 years of age.
Autin Briscoe DeAtley's parents were William Washington DeAtley I (born Jun 11, 1778, passed May 1, 1856) and Eleanor B. Briscoe (born July 15, 1785, passed April 27, 1837).
William Washington DeAtley I and Harry DeAtley were brothers, which makes William Washinton DeAtley and Lucy DeAtley second cousins.
A few steps back fruther, William Washington DeAtley the 1sts fathers name was James. He was a Revolutionary Soldier, born in 1750 and passed in 1844. He was married by no history of whom.
The whole family tree starts right before William Washington DeAtley the first which his father being Matthew DeAtley.
Bottom Left: This is a very old picture of Joseph and Ruth (Harrold) Borders, my Great-Grandfather Charlie Borders parents. This would make Joseph and Ruth my Great-Great Grandparents. It is so unusual to find a picture this old. What a nice find.
Joseph Borders was born in the year of 1851 in Illinois and worked as a laborer. I have no history of who his parents were.
Ruth (Harrold) Borders was born in the year of 1845, which would have made her older than my Great-Great Grandfather. Her parents were Isam Harrold and Mary Ann or Polly (Lisonby) Harrold.
