The journaling says "The Perfect Wedding Gown My splurge item was my wedding gown - which my Mom paid for. It was the only gown I tried on. I know they always say you should try on many gowns and take pictures and take your time deciding...But as soon as I put it on, I knew it was the one. It was exactly what I had pictured in my mind. A simple straight skirt with a short train, and it was already the perfect length - it was like it was made just for me. It had a scoop neck and lots of beautiful beadwork on the bodice. And my favorite part of all was the buttons going all the way down the back of the bodice, skirt and train."
