Wow!! I just love this LO, the journaling is fab. as always. What a great title, I would never have thought of it. I did some photos of Katie using a mirror with my old camera (not digital) they turned out great. I need to get ALL my old photos scaned in so I can scrap them. I need to try the mirror thing again with my new digital I got for my B-day. Anyway...Great Job!!!!!
haha! "tooth fairy always checks the filters at pools" this made me laugh! these pictures with the mirrors is really fantastic. just love the simplicity of this one. i just love browsing into your gallery again. :)
Love this, great title, and I might have to try the template thing...I keep telling myself to go to bed, but then I see one more of your lo's and I can't stop...thanks for the inspiration. I will live vicariously through you until I can scrap again:)
i so have to do this mirror picture thing! it's fabulous, awesome idea and your photos are just rockin girl! love the journaling here this two pager looks like a book, it's awesome!
I love this arrangement Nic...that angle of the photo is so creative! But I am with you 100% on the tooth losing business....what I forget is to be the tooth fairy LOL! Where have the years gone?
How I adore that picture of Keean!! Another cool shot with that mirror! I gotta try that. Great journaling and I am fearing that Kaden will be scared to loose his teeth instead of being excited. Love the lo and you made it sound so easy to use this template, maybe I should try it and save myself some agony. Great job and so HAAAAAPPPPY to see you posting again!!!!!!!
your journaling is so incredible, girl!! and poor kid... that happened to gage with one of the teeth he lost... we sat down and wrote a note to the "tooth dude" that said... "oops... i'm sorry to say that i lost my tooth after i lost my tooth." then we included a picture with that day's date on it as proof. ha!!! LOVE that you were straight with him... you handled that VERY gracefully!
This is my first page since my trip and decided this was the perfect way to get me feeling creative again! So I really have an issue keeping my journaling down to a minimun and I know Amanda can feel me on this one! LOL so I decided to do a two pager and just removed the title from the second page.. this worked perfectly for me since I could use all my journaling and I didn't have to fiddle with spacing the journlaing since the template kept everything squared and perfectly porpotioned.. oh I just loved it!! I have never used a template before but really wanted to get a lost tooth page done and just couldn't get it right.. I had the picture I liked but not the right title or design so i jumped at this to just get it done so I could move on :) I also removed a line from each page so it would flow like the one page layout did.. this was super easy to modifiy to my liking and I was so suprised how much i liked using the template! **Journaling-This bussiness of losing teeth was quite a time of reflection for me. Piper was just getting her first two teeth and you losing your first two teeth. I wonder if it will always be this way. Both my babies growing at a simultaneous rate but in such different worlds. You were thrilled with this coming milestone and
anxiously poked and pulled at it every day. When the tooth finally came out you were devestated to realize you had lost it at the waterslides. After I tried to convince you that the tooth fairy always checks the filters at pools, came the questions that show me you are growing up so fast. thanks for looking! :)
