Just a quick layout of me...about...ohhhh...20 years ago!!! I'd love to say I haven't changed much...but that wouldn't be true! Sorry for the bad scan...the bg cs is a solid green and is not splotched! Journaling is tucked behind the picture and reads:

Moments like this are the memories that stay with you forever. It was the summer of 1986. We drove to Gatlinburg, Tennessee for our family vacation. On the way home, we took a scenic drive through the Smoky Mountains. We stopped at one of the pull off areas on the way down out of the mountains, and wandered down to the river. The scenery was beautiful! There were huge boulders sticking up out of the water, and we all got out on the rocks and “walked” across the river! It was a little frightening…I was worried that one of you would fall in and be swept away in the rushing water! I’m so glad we took pictures of this beautiful and peaceful place. I’m not sure what I was doing in this picture….just posing for the camera, I guess. My facial expression looks like I think I’m a model or something! Journaling August 2007
