The background papers were scanned into the computer to use them for this layout.The puppy is mine, Lucy (chihuahia). I used paint shop pro to create the half circles. I actually darkened the same background paper and used THAT for the half circles. I also added a shadow to look like they are a separate element .I used a "staple" from digitalscrapbookplace.com to join the half circles. I added the photo in the center. I added a phrase at the top "Most Precious Gift" and added her name at the bottom. I created the tag and rope on the staple.
