The ribbon is actually a fabric tape by Martha Stewart that EK Success makes, and it sells at Michael's, in a four pack of tapes
The file folder was cut from a regular manila file folder, but then I attached SuedePaper in Carbon to the front and a tiny strip of it to the top of the inside back of the folder, so it can be seen from the front when not opened.
I attached a Prima flower, I think from the "Eire collection" pail, to the tab, and used a black mini brad to secure it, then glued on a "Dress it Up" "button" atop it (the "button" is really a flat round black glittered piece).
The haunted house is a Halloweenies Dingbat and cut from Carbon SuedePaper and backed with Canary SuedePaper. Then the whole piece is backed on Smoke SuedePaper.
The mini skull is a Karen Fosters Design Halloween Doodles Mini Brad
Oh, and there's a small black spiral clip down above the skull brad that you can't really see in the picture, I think they're by Creative Inspirations, or something like that. Not Creative Imaginations, but something close.
