The first morning at Jekyll Island, the kids woke us up early. We found this to be a huge blessing since we were able to walk out on the deck and witness the most beautiful sunrise! It was so peaceful, just sitting there with the kids taking in the overwhelming sights, sounds, and smells of the ocean while everyone else (my parents, sister, brother-in-law, and niece) was still sleeping.
