I didn't think I'd be crazy about those little foam bags, it was one of those purchases that I rued *almost* immediately, thinking I would never use them. I bought 5 cauldrons and 5 spider shaped foam bags with clear plastic tubing handles, from Miichael's. But they were a great shape for halloween, so I thought I'd give them a try.
I used one of the QuicKutz frogs and cut it in 2 green papers from the DCWV Fall Glitter stack. Gave him 2 black suedepaper eyes, and then punched a black Suedepaper circle to give him a place to sit :D Popped him off the circle with a large foam pop-dot, then also the circle off the foam bag, same way.
I used "Snow" SuedePaper to cut the bone off an enlarged bone template in the currently available October 2007 Paper Crafts magazine (I enlarged it 500% instead of 250%) and then shaded it lightly with a colored pencil. (Oh, also darkened the frog's mouth with same black colored pencil).
The fuzzy bright green iridescent wire fabric I got at Michael's, by the gift bags and wrapping type stuff, and I LOVE it! I adhered it to the top of the bag. I used simple tape to attach the bone inside the front flap of the foam bag.
I cut and tied a short length of sheer bright green ribbon ,with white polka dots, to the front handle. Then I took some curled ribbon I bought at Target and removed one of the strands from the lovely curled bunch and tied it on to the back strap of the bag.
Finally, I used some Lime Green stickles to freehand embellish a few "bubbles" around the frog.
