I used the orange stars punched out, on this bottlecap, and black sueded paper for one layer of the bottle cap and metallic silver cardstock (chalked in black) for the bottom layer and the rectangular embellishment that finishes it off.
I popped up the stars with 3D foam dots (had to cut them into little pieces, as the dots were larger than the stars) and then added a piece of ghost confetti. This halloween confetti mix is pretty cool for small embellishments like this It goes a looonggg way and has several different shapes within it
The stars are Doodlebug Design's orange Sugar Coated cardstock, again, though they look lighter in the scan of this goody.
