I fell in love with this tag, hehehe :)
Used the Making Memories Large Tag Punch, Large Silver Tag Rim, and Tagmaker tool to make the tag itself.
Used Silver Metallic Cardstock for the background and Gold Metallic Cardstock for the Moon and Star. They are punched with an EK Success Paper Shapers punch, as is the little black "Scary Cat" Paper Shapers punch shape at the bottom (punched from black sueded paper).
The Fence is a white hard plastic type "button" from "Dress It Up" button variety packs (purchased at Michael's) and the black spiderweb is some kind of either metal or plastic material, out of a Halloween Confetti pack .
The fabric is Paton's Cha Cha, in black, and I used a black Making Memories eyelet, as well.
