love love love the hidden journaling, I myself like to hide my journaling when I can. This is absolutely amazing. Def. into my favs, Well the fishermans' hats certainly go well with your papers. Super great photo.
This photo is from my SEAmester journey. We stopped in Gloucester, MA. since we were taking a class on Maritime History.
The journaling under the photo is on a transparency and it's all about the history of the monument and what it represents which is all of the Gloucesterman lost at sea from 1923 until present which is well over 10,000.
The photo flips up so you can read the entire story and on the underside of the photo is my own personal journaling:
While on SEAmester, I took a course in Maritime History...so when we arrived in Gloucester, my professor took us on a "field trip" to see the memorial. Of course, we had no transportation but our own two feet so it was through the waves and across town (hence the SOAKED jeans!) Dee made us wear the fisherman's hats for the photo and of course, extra credit! Despite our goofy faces I think this is a great shot! L to R: Kim, Me, Laurie
