This is for IamSamScrapper's Sept What Challenge? The theme was to SB something you would pass down from generation to generation. Journaling on tag behind picture: This is a kewpie doll my grandmother gave me. She gave each of the granddaughters a different doll. Honestly I think mine is the best, it really fits my personality. All the dolls were beautiful but the rest were much more frilly. This was is much more cute and quirky and me. The only thing that makes me sad is I don't know the dolls story. Grandma passed away before she actually gave me the doll. We knew from the time we were little which dolls was who's but when I was young I never thought to ask where did you get her? Was she a gift, or something you bought? Now I'll never know, but I do treasure the fact grandma wanted me to have her. I'll also treasure the memories of visiting grandma and asking her to get "my" doll out so I could hold her.
