I have those too! I haven't had one in awhile though. I am on medications for mine. Anyway, love this layout. You really know how to use those BG pps. I have lots of trouble with BG pps. Again, I love your stamping! Love that you added the cirle photo in the center of the flower. Love the frame too.

ah, anxiety. my other guess was asthma. this page is great at grabbing deep to the feelings of anxiety and fear. really strong. oh, and those tiny colorful flowers as the return of breath and calm-- powerful.

Very contemplative. I like how it's mostly grey, which seems to match the mood of the picture, and I love the blue title which really pops out. I love the pops of flowers.. I wouldn't add a thing.
