Annual July 4th celebration at my sister and brother in law's lakehouse. About 40 people attended. Everyone (and some of their neighbors) contributed to a fireworks fund and we had our own show. At first Morgan was scared-said they were "too loud", but soon was loving them-from the safety of mom, sister, aunt, and grandma's laps (she kept going from one person to another). Erika and her friend started out watching from a raft, but quickly realized they were right under the exploding fireworks-not a great idea on an inflatable raft!! It was a nice, relaxing way to spend the holiday weekend.
