Such a cute idea. I have never thought of taking pictures during a check up. I've taken pictures of mine when they were ill. The layout is great with all of the bright colors. Janet

This is my first attempt at scan/stitching so bare with me. The dark shadows are not supposed to be there. I just couldn't figure out how to get them off. This is my second son Charlie at one of his 3 month check ups. This kid has been to the doctor's office so much in his life that he is a real pro. He knows just what to expect. TFL
