this is Spirit.....and no, we do not live near a nuclear power plant (I tried to use a pet eye pen to get the glare out of his eyes and they ended up turning his eyes nucler green). This is for the Scraps challenge because everything is scraps (except the buttons). I even had to make an i out of a j for this one. and the colors worked out well to include in the Sept Color challenge (blue, green and white).
