Answer to the Cooking Up Creativity challenge at SOTB. Incredibly healthy...trust me. This is a yummy favorite at my house, we make it often. INSTRUCTIONS READ: 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Coat deep cookie sheet with cooking spray, set aside. 2. In large bowl, combine rolled oats, wheat flakes, grape-nuts, and almonds; set aside. In small saucepan, combine orange juice, honey, allspice, and cinnamon. 3. Cook and stir just until mixture boils. Remove from heat. Pour honey mixture over oat mixture; toss gently to coat. Spread oat mixture evenly in prepared baking pan. 4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until oats are lightly browned, stirring twice. Spread on large piece of foil to cool.
