This lo was done for the March theme challenge "New". In keeping with the theme, the picture is of my son seconds after he was born. Of course the flowers (as the border and the watermark stamps on the paper) are a representation of spring and new beginings. The charms (Hope, Wish, Dream & Believe) represent what I do with regards to my children.
