nice touch with the hearts and birth years. I'm working on a page like this, except it's all boys, and I think I'll "scraplift" that idea. :-)

I do like it,but if I were doing it I would ink the pp. I'm also not sold on your striped pp covering almost half the sheet. The top of the page seems busy to me,like my eyes need a place to rest. I would like it better if the striped pp was just a larger square,arranged off-center behind your pic. Then leave your title and fiber on the blue cs. Guess I just like white space! I really like the entire bottom half,including the pic though! HTH

The design is great...one thing I would do..and you might have done it, it just doesn't show up to me...is ink the edges of all the different pp that you use. Inking tends to give a layout demension and separates the various pp...so that each pp is visible....does that make sense?? I usually mat my pics in black or white - VERY narrow borders....it helps to bring the focus to them on a page that you use multiple pp on...HTH Very nice layout...

I think its great! The only thing is I would try what Tesa suggested and see if you like it better. But it looks great this way too.

I love the LO and especially the concept in the LO! I agree with Tesa though. My first thought was that you definitely needed a more contrasting color that tied in with it.

I really like your colorscheme with the neighbouring colors on the color wheel. I would probably use either a contrasting color or a stronger nuance of green or blue to have some action. The scalloped corner with doodling for example (love that!!!) - try with another color and see what you think. I love the idea with the hearts and year! Brilliant! You've done some great work here!
