I love that your are doing "photo shoots". I never thought about using the cemetery. I might run out and do it myself, if my kids were still around. But they are too far away and all grown up now.
I LOVE this page. The whole thing from the beautiful photo and the page is pure perfection. She is a beauty and I can tell you are a very proud mom, as you should be. Beautiful job on this page.

i dont even know where to start. this is so pretty and that doesn't seem like it is a big enough compliment. that bow is so great and the word "she" looks os great. love the b and w pic with the beautiful colors and your daughter is so pretty.
My beautiful (I might by prejudiced) daughter, Sarah, Sept. 2007. We went to a local cemetery (I know that sounds strange) and did a photo shoot. The journaling is words to a song - "She" sung by Elvis Costello and reads: "She may be the song that summer sings, may be the chill that autumn brings, may be a hundred different things within the measure of a day." The letters are handdrawn and handcut (I got the idea for the "s" from Delish Designs Monograms - couldn't find one to buy, so I made my own). The bow and flowers are cut from the flowered bg pp and then inked. We took the photo in sepia tones, then cut the edges with decorative scissors to give it the vintage look. The bg paper is yellow cardstock stamped in brown. TFL!
