This is my wonderful hubby who is the greatest hero in my life. He is a TI (drill sergeant) for the Air Force. He so kindly donated all of these items from his uniforms for me to place in this shadowbox. I have a hat strap from one of the beloved hats, BMT ribbons, name tag, SSgt Stripes, Cookie from said beloved hat, function badge and U.S. insignia. These shadowboxes are SOOO cool. They are made for SEI out of laser cut wood. The pieces fit nicely together. You can paint them, stain them, or cover them in paper or fabric. They even come with the mat you see placed around the outside. They are then to be inserted into a frame (not included) of your choice. I didn't put a frame around it because of the glare from the glass, but wow is it beautiful. I am thrilled about them because I would have never been able to get some of these bulkier items on a SB page. This is the 11x14 size.
A friend of mine asked me to help do some displays for some of the booths at conventions for Scrap Daddy (owned by Sei). So, could I really refuse the challenge? Haha! They actually have multiple booths including Xyron, Sizzix, EK Success, MM, K&Co., etc.
