Journal reads:
It was Amber's first day at the R Healy Elementary School. She was excited and a little nervous to join the 4th grade under Ms. K Braband. We all woke up very early on Sept 04 so that we will not be late for school. We did not know what to do for it was also our first time to send Amber to school in the US. It turned out that we had nothing to worryh about because she enjoyed her first day of school. Although she hesitated at first to mingle with the other children, she made some friends and had lots of stories to tell when we picked her up. Our little girl is not so little anymore after all.
