My son, Cody, laying down in the yard letting the rain fall on him. The letters & swirls are glittery, & the pp has glitter in it also, but it's not showing up on here.

Cody, you couldn't wait to get home from school this day. It hadn't RAINED in over a month, and you were hoping every day for a week that it would. Finally today it did. You begged all the way home from school. At first I said "No", but then I thought "Oh, just let him be a boy. He won't be like this for long." So out you go. Kicked your shoes off & ran out, bare feet & all.
Watching you squish around in all that mud grossed me out, but you were loving every minute of it. You said "Mom, I have soooo much energy!" I just wish I had a handful of the energy you have in your whole body!
THE KICKER WAS WHEN YOU LAYED FLAT DOWN ON THE GROUND & LET THE RAIN COME DOWN ON YOU!!
You were just so happy to have that RAIN falling on your face.
You played for about an hour & a half. That night you were so sore & tired, you just collapsed after supper.
