I looove the pics in the middle column, and the bottom pic in the third column. Hilarious. I have to second Sharon's comments on extending the caption and being consistent across both pages. I also would like to see more white on the page--an additional white mat for the caption block to lift it from the green, maybe white photo corners, maybe white brackets to highlight the center photo, and/or replace the black doodles with white pieces and then doodle the same dots and lines on those pieces... Finally, I think sticker phrases such as, "sigh," "boring," or "groan" placed in some of the photos would accentuate the emotions he's conveying.

Christy, I'm going to put the same comments on each side here because I'm seeing this as the 2 sides making up the whole thing. I LOVE that you used so many photos on this! Great how the left side depicts how into it Joey is in the beginning, then the left side shows how that changes, nice contrast with the different photos & colors schemes. I like the writing on the photo too. Now, I really wish the caption on the right side was a full sentence, because on the left side you start a sentence "He is so into the game..." but right side has just a fragment; I'd just want it to be something like "the rest of the game is a whole other story!" just a complete thought there. I like the photo mattes on the left & the cool doodling around the photos on the right but I wish it was consistent on both sides (green matting on the right & doodling added to the left). I think you can also add more of the doodles all around, just 'cause they're so fun & playful! Finally I can see adding a little more visual emphasis on the title - maybe matting or shadowing in the light orange, with some doodling? Overall, I love how you depict the story here! Very cute & fun!

Oh my gosh, this is soo funny! how cute is that, though? GOing to comment on both pages here. I really love the use of the orange mats on top of the dark green. Love the placement of everything, and how you used so many pictures. The only thing I can suggest adding is some ink to the edges of the orange cs, green bg, and maybe even a few smudges on the red title. love, love, love the pics!!
