This is my son on the morning of his wedding. I look at this picture and feel the tug at my heart in both directions - bitter and sweet. I know it is a very simple layout, but I wanted to keep it that way. I think it emphasises the empty feeling in my heart as my oldest son leaves home for the last time as an unmarried man. The brightness he heads for is the sweet part - a new life with his new bride.
