I found a license plate from the year we were married at an antique store (now that was a shock to think we're old enough to be in an antique store;) It was glued to the painted album cover with E600 glue and secured with large brads. I cut the prongs off of 4 decorative brads and glued them onto the big brads (use E600 glue for this too). Patterned papers on the inside covers hide any brad prongs. The Dymo labels have the names of each of our cars to date.

Note:
You will have to use a landscape style album that's been painted or recovered in order for the license plate to fit.
