Paper bag albums are a quick and easy way to put a tag album together. Simple find a source for small paper bags (I get mine at a local bakery), trim the bottom off, punch holes for a prong closure or for ribbon ties. Then, decorate. Cut tags so they fit inside the bag pages and add ribbon embellishing.
