I don't know if I have ever told you how much I admire your musical abilities. Even more than your natural talent, I have always respected the amount of committment and dedication that you put into creating music. When I think about the characteristics that make you such a wonderful musician, I realize they are the same characteristics that make you a good husband and father.
I love this picture because I think it captures the essence of you - as a musician and a Dad. This is the same guitar tyou played for me at our wedding, and it seems so perfect that now you are playing it for our son. I love that music and creativity are such an integral part of who you are - and I promise that you will always have a place in our home to keep this part of yourself alive and growing.
