So sweet! My DD (now 23) had a Cabbage Patch doll when she was young, too. Don't have it anymore, though. Our home was in the midst of a wildfire 11 years ago and we lost most of our heirloom and childhood items...
Cute photo - TFS!

How cute. Man, after looking at scorpions and spiders this is the most beautiful doll I have ever seen! I have to go dig out mine. Waaaaaay before Cabbage Patch!
So cute! I still have my cabbage patch dolls from when I was little too! I have to keep them hidden now so my DD"s don't ruin them! I'll wait until they are older to let them play with them.
This is Sheila Tanya, my baby baby. And no, she can not fly. She's wrapped in a blanket that my mom's best friend's mom made for me. The stitching is mostly worn. The blanket used to be pink.
I wouldn't go anywhere without this blanket. I had to be tucked in each night with 'kitty on top'.
Sheila Tanya has seen better days, but she was the best treated baby doll there ever was. She's still wearing the 'diaper' I put together from a washcloth.
