The background papers are from ShabbyPrincess.com. The Doodles and journaling block are from DigiScrapDepot.com. I create the look of a double matting with a darker brown than the bottom half of the layout and a “vellum” styled paper. I added several doodles behind the photo. For the paper clips I went in my Paint Shop Pro and “erased” part of the inner part of the paper clip to make it look like it’s behind the paper
