This was my all time favorite ride at Disneys California adv. I loved it soo much!!! I like the page layout and have the same two pictures that I took *giggle* I also had two cast members pose for me so I cant wait to do this page. I love the browns it fits the mood!!!
Love how you used the argyle and fleur de lis papers together. It's a fun combo, and at the same time, brings out the nonstalgic look of the hotel ride. VEry KEwL.
Very cool lo, H! I looove the ppr combo and the title. Your journaling is awesome, too. It made me all anxious and nervous reading it! I hated that ride! :D
Sounds like one of the rides at Universal Studios (Tower of Terror? It was an Alfred Hitchcock themed ride). It drops you down a few stories and then takes you back to the top. And just while everyone is saying "that wasn't bad at all" it drops down ALL the way! The picture from that one was hysterical :) Great pictures and paper combination!!
OMG! Heather I just love what you did with the Chatterbox paper!! All the layering with the papers and the mix of elements for your title gives such an awesome effect. I am going to HAVE to GO on this ride when we make our trip!!! Sounds like a blast ;) Great work as always!!!!
WOW...this looks SOOO cool! LOVe the ppr combo...I have been dreading using this print of ppr b/c I just don't know what to do with it but WOW...you did AWESOME with it. Maybe YOU should be on the CBX DT instead of me!!! ;)
oooh....you gave me the chills with this lo H!!! i love this so so much...and it *needs* to grace the pages of CK!!!! this is a beautiful lo, love the journaling, the papers, everything. btw, i loved that ride too!! it was incredible!
Anyone else been on this ride at Disneyland?? It rocks!!!! :)
Journaling: Anxiousness. Terror. Excitement. Nervousness. Anticipation. Thrill. Ride of your life. The Tower of Terror was one of my favorite rides when we went to Disneyland. When you step into the hotel, you’re taken to an elevator, and then to the “Twilight Zone.” After you’re secured in your seats, you’re taken up to the top floor of the hotel, where the doors open and you see a beautiful view of California....only to suddenly drop and start the process over! Just thinking about it now, I’m nervous remembering it now, and my palms are sweating. We went on it at least six times, but the first time was the best. We thought you only dropped once. Oh no. It’s many more times than that! We had the thrill of the unknown, and it was fabulous! The first time it was also dark, which made the view at the top that much more spectacular! -March 2005
