I altered this notebook that hubby brought home to me for sermon notes. I added some bling to the middles of the flowers... I added silver and green yarn to the spirals as well as some ribbon that says Shalom, which is Hebrew for Peace, Hello, Goodbye and Wellbeing.

I wrote Tracy's notes 2007 in silver pen and along the black edge, you can't see it well but it says " nothing in my hand I bring, to the cross I cling"

Oh yeah to cover the whole notebook, I flipped it over, marked threw the existing holes to the back of my pp..then I punched holes and took my scissors and made a cut at each hole to slide the rings through....
