Ohhhh how terribly sad... Poor Steve, that had to be hard to finally say goodbye. I swear, I'm not laughing, REALLY I swear I'm not. (Ok, but if I didn't see Josei in the backgound and read the story first...I would not have laughed, but Josei cracked me up)
Wow, I would have been really upset...at myself of course and I would have also felt bad for my dog like you did. Sorry for your loss, I'm sure Steve meant a lot to you.
Oh now I see what happened, I am so sorry. I like Kell's idea. Do you have a picture of when you were little playing with Steve? That would be good to have on the layout too.
Poor Steve, what a tragic end to be shaken to death by Josie!! I hope you will create a LO with this picture and the other one to celebrate the life of Steve and document the end of a loving friend!!
This shot was supposed to be for my childhood mini challenge. But thinking Steve was a toy left out for her to play with, Josei scattered his innards from one end of the room to the other. This poor old toy was not meant to be shaken to death by a dog! When I came around the corner and squeeled, Josei knew she was in trouble. Look at her hanging her head back there. I felt bad for poor Steve, but I could not punish my dog as I had left the toy laying there. Though Steve had spent the last few years in the closet, he enjoyed a good long life, travelling extensivley throughout the world and enjoying the love of two generations of girls. Steve was 41 yeears old last March. May he RIP.
