I did this page a few months back for Scrappin' Good Times' DT as a store display for March. Pic is of me and an Army buddy living it up in Monterey at one of the local pubs.

I printed the pic on a transparency because the picture was dark. Then I put white circles behind the parts of the pic I wanted to highlight. I also had curved strips of the pp running behind the pic too--I want to try this technique again but haven't had the chance again. Great for dark pics I think.

Title was cut using the Silhouette.
