Finally cut up my BG pp!!! This is my daughter Charlote trimming the tree in 2004. Sorry for the yellowish color in the tree photo. Bad lighting!!! This was for a product challenge on Scrapjazz. You had to use Basic Grey Paper, a My Minds Eye overlay and an Autumn Leaves stamp. Thanks for looking!!!

The Journaling states:
Once again we waited to the last minute to buy our tree. We didn’t cut one down this year but bought it from a local farm stand. I found one after about 40 minutes of looking-and it was the first one that we saw. It was really a dead tree and shedding like crazy but it was so nicely shaped.
You were so excited as we unpacked the tree decorations. You had your own box filled to the brim with ornaments that people had given you the past couple years. You carefully took each ornament out and requested that I tell you who gave each one to you. I am getting old because I could not remember where each one came from. After you finished with your box, you decided to unpack the big box of tree decorations. You wanted to know where all my decorations came from. Umm, if I cannot remember who gave you yours, there is no way I can remember who gave me my ornaments!!
You did a really wonderful job of placing the ornaments on the tree this year. You did still have little pockets where the branches were sagging from the weight and number of ornaments. I chose to leave the decorations where you put them, just relishing the fact that the tree was finally up!!!!
