I met a woman at an art festival who makes these little frogs and lizards that are entwined with shells. They are so cute. The woman told me that she had a hard time finding these types of shells on the public beaches. I told her that I had recently found a bunch of shells and didn't know what to do with them. We struck a bargain that I would give her a bag of shells and she would trade me with a finished project. My DIL loves frogs, so this will make a perfect gift for her. The place where I collected the shells is not open to the public. I had a special pass to the Cape Canaveral beach through my husband, so there were shells galore. Perhaps this will be a good partnership for me.
