Okay, so I was in Target and I know I shouldn’t look at the clothes, but…the new spring line was in, and well…they are very reasonably priced…and I did “need” new pants and shorts. So, I loaded my arms with all the cool pants and shorts I could find and headed to the dressing room. All was going well with my trying on the bottoms until this one pair of malicious pants…I actually liked them at first, they enticed me by making my posterior look small...but soon my view of these pants changed...it happened as I was taking them off...they refused to release my right foot. I began to slowly fall as my left foot hopped vigorously to fight these evil pants and keep me from falling. It was to no avail…I fell. But don’t worry! The door was looking out for me and caught my head before my right knee skidded across the carpet to reveal oozing flesh. I successfully removed myself from those pants before getting back up and quickly dismissed them. I pulled my own pants back on, wincing as the denim grazed my wounded knee. I quickly and quietly left the dressing room hoping that nobody had heard my ordeal, it was empty, thankfully! Deep down, I think it was resentment that kept me from buying those pants. It didn’t matter how small they made my butt look! Their vicious attack would haunt me every time I put them on. So, that is why I went with the shorts that day…they are good shorts too, haven’t attacked me once!
