Can't believe I missed this one - I usually comment on all your work because it's outstanding - and this is no exception. Love everything about this one, the color, the clocks, the title, the journaling strips....
I am a huge fan of journaling strips so I love those, and the clocks are super cool; you are making me "need" some of this paper- everything looks so pretty!
Gabrielle, this is wonderful. What a beautiful poem. Love how you took the photo from the rear as they are starting out on their own adventure. Your brackets are great, too!
I don't know anyone who doesn't like seeing a little girl in the hand of their daddy! This lo is great as is the poem. I like how you spread out the clocks, and the inked edges, but I think what I like best is how you fit the photo inside of the brackets. I enjoyed the lo very much!I am adding it my favorites :) Deborah
I've just spent at least 15 minutes staring at this lo, everything is just soooo gorgeous!! I love the way you used the diffent colors on the chipboard, and then made them shine!! That red is fantastic!! You'll have to tell me what you used on the flourishes, and btw, LOVE how you anchored them with the ribbons!! That pic is just absolutely priceless!! Into favs with this one, girl!!
Love this. Love the colours. You always have great colour sense! And as for that poem......just adorable! And the photo just says it all! Fantastic! This is what scrapbooking is all about.
Wow! This is sooooo pretty! I love the title...the meaning and the lettering! Really love how you've included all the ghost clocks...stunning layout, Gabrielle!

What a terrific layout! I just love that kind of pictures, they're just worth more than a 1000 words. I love the clocks, love the rubons.... into my favs!
Oh, here you go again......! This is soooo beautiful!!! Love the picture of the two of them and the poem which is absolutely PERFECT!!!!!! Gorgeous colors and rub-ons too!!!!! Oh, and the clocks are AWESOME!!!! GREAT job on the challenge!!!!
Gabrielle...This LO is so amazing, that I am almost at a loss for words! It's not just GORGEOUS, it is POWERFUL! Your journaling is so touching....I love the dad/daughter version ~ Very clever! Your rubons really do look like DD's, and the circles and clocks are the perfect touch! Another Fave of yours! WOW!!!
This is for the 7 Gypsies challenge hosted by the fabulous Pursejunkie :D....I used all 7G pprs and the 7G circle stamps on this one, I used the dots made by the stamp as a template to add rhinestones around the smaller clock......I also tried to play with my titles a bit, I used a bunch of different rub-ons to try and get the effect of the Daisy d's rub-ons.
This is a picture of my dh and dd on one of their walks, the poem was originally written about a boy/dad so I changed it a bit to suit a dad/daughter....
"What shall you give to one small girl? A Barbie doll, a precious pearl? A picture book, a real live pet? No, there's plenty of time for such things yet. Give her a day for her very own. Just one small girl and her Dad alone. A walk in the wood, a romp in the park; A fishing trip from dawn to dark. Give her the gift that only you can. The companionship of her "old man." Games are outgrown and toys decay, But she'll never forget, if you give her a day!"
