I am glad they still teach those skills, UK is obsessed with 'curriculum' , not useful things that you will need in life, hope the boys are doing it too. She looks like she is having fun

Oh I remember doing that, but ours was a stupid hankerchief, apron and an a-line skirt that was a waste of money for the fabric!

nice. That's one class i'd fail. Mainly because i'd tell the teacher that when I grow up i'll have a job and pay someone to sew...little did I know!

I remember doing that. I think the teacher was glad to see me gone. :) I wasn't the best little seamstress in her class. (can't draw a straight line, can't sew a straight line!)
