I used everything! WOW... that was work! I painted the google eyes and the plastic ring and used them as centers in the flowers. I rolled the ribbon and used it the same way. I covered the popsicle stickes with paper and I used a marker on the pop up sticker, then covered it in coordinating paper and wrote "romance" on it. I covered the wattering can in cs and used twisted strips of the cs and used it as "water." I used the tubeing as a border on top and bottom of the pic and used the metal ring as an accent! Now I need a nap!
