For my MILs alphabet album. This is my niece and her boyfriend. Yes, I am 29 and have a 23 year old niece. I feel old :-/

This is for the November bling challenge. The "L" is painted with blue metallic paint, and tied with blue metallic rick rack. All the rub ons are glitter, 4 square rhinestone brads, 2 round rhinestone brads on the "L", 5 Bazzill bling flowers, DCWV glitter stack, rhinestone arrow, and all of the flourishes and the word laughter are covered with Pebbles shimmer chalk. tfl
