Sorry it's so blurry! My friends and I gather for the 2nd annual We're Not Pregnant Shower. I used a technique I learned from a Rusty Pickle class: put petroleum jelly on the image that you want to show and then paint over the entire picture. Then just rub out the area where the petroleum jelly was placed and you get a painted around the edges look that is a little more rough looking. TFL!
