This is my Lo for Nickswife's November challenge..think outside the scrapbook section. This is Lo of DS on surgery day. The photos are matted on scraps from my DH pajamas. I used Band-aids for photo corners and large flower. I also glued a real sewing needle on the syringe.Also, small circle embellishment in middle of Photos is band-aid. The ribbon on the journaling tag is also another scrap from PJ's.
