This is the first pet hubby and I had as a couple. Turbo's mother was abandoned while pregnant. His litter mates were all eventually captured by neighborhood kids, he was the only 'homeless' one left. It was those same kids who named him Turbo because he was too fast to get caught. Turbo chose us when he was about 4 months old and lived a comfortable life for almost 16 years, when a siezure left him paralyzed. We spent one last day with him, each saying our goodbyes, shedding lots of tears, then we did the humane thing.
