He is mom’s first born and only son. Not too many have competed with that and their resulting bond has caused envy in others and me several times. He was the first priority, and developed mom’s knack for having the last word too and in spite of his flaws, mom could never be prouder of him. He has her spitfire wit, her ambition and her smile, and she smirks with frustration when he uses the devil’s advocate role she taught him, to his benefit. She has always driven him to be all that he could be and is a sideline mom who feels failure if he does. These pictures were taken a couple months after his motorcycle accident as well as his wedding. He is considered an adult and a married man now, but he will always be a mama’s boy when she and him get together!
