I created this present for Amber's Grade 1 teacher. She has been such a wonderful teacher for the past 12 months and I wish Amber could have her until Grade 12! We are deffinately going to miss her next year! I got the inspiration for this present from Scrappychica (http://www.scrapbook.com/galleries/171629/view/865279/-1/20/1.html). I couldn't fit each child on a single flower, and while I was cutting out the circles I just placed them down on the table - then I realised that they could go in each petal! Each flower is glued onto a pipe cleaner so they wobble nicely in a breeze. The flower were then poked some green material into florist foam. The box the the foam and flowers are in came naked and I coved it with purple paper. The leaves I used are left overs from and artificial Hydrangea stem, and then I wrapped an alphabet ribbon around the whole thing. I used a safety pin to adhere more ribbon and a heart token.
