This is a Meri Meri pre-made layout (2 photo ready pages with repositionable frames) and one of the things I bought on my first scrapbook shopping trip. It's got its pros and cons. The pro is the time & thought saved, but, the con is that it takes time to scale pictures down to size, and, you have to use horizontal pictures in the horizontal spaces & vertical pictures in the vertical spaces, and that means you can't group the pictures you'd like all the time. I didn't realize until after I had completed the layout that this particular kit actually has repositionable frames. Oh well! I used Corel Paint Shop Pro X to resize the pictures on the computer before printing them, and I used Picasa or Paint Shop Pro to change the tint on the square picture. That square picture was a black-and-white "sketch" originally, and I shaded it to match the shades in the layout.
