This page is dedicated to the Red Pandas I visited in Nashville TN. I love the cute little creatures, and love to showcase pictures about them.

In the upper box: These pandas are very good natured secretive creatures that spend the majority of their time sleeping with their tail curled around their head. The live in the forested mountain slopes of Southeast Asia. Though classified as carnivores, the red panda mainly eats bamboo. They are endangered due to habitat loss and they are protected in China and Nepal. They usually live 12-14 years and they weigh 7 – 13 pounds.

The red panda is one of my favorite animals. I don’t really know why, but I think it has something to do with them being so cute!!! Look at them, they’re adorable. I’ve been to many zoos around the country and seen many red pandas. However, the best view of a red panda I have seen was at the zoo in Nashville TN. I was going to include pictures of the cute little fuzzy creatures that I took at other zoos, but these were by far the superior photos. So here it is, my page devoted to the red pandas residing in Nashville TN (I also included one photo from the Indianapolis zoo).
